Some folks know me as The Pioneer Woman.
After years of living in Los Angeles, I made a pit stop in my hometown in Oklahoma on the way to a new, exciting life in Chicago.
It was during my stay at home that I met Marlboro Man, a mysterious cowboy with steely blue eyes and a muscular, work-honed body.
A strict vegetarian, I fell hard and fast, and before I knew it we were married and living on his ranch in the middle of nowhere, taking care of animals, and managing a brood of four young children.
I had no idea how Id wound up there, but I knew it was exactly where I belonged.

I love that I can get my pioneer woman fix on my iPhone. Things I would like to be able to do but cant (I may be missing something so please tell me if I am): ~search for recipes ~search for old posts ~access tasty kitchen and be able to save recipes - even if its a separate app ~seeing as you cant print it would be nice if there were a save option for the app Hope to see a redesign or new version!
I too love me sine pioneer woman. I would love to be able to search out an older recipe while on the go. I look forward to seeing more options in a future update! :)
It was awesome (even though there is no archive)....until the most recent update came about. Now the app gets stuck on the open screen and then crashes. Please fix ASAP!!
I really like pioneer womans website but am disappointed in the app. I havent had it very long...maybe a couple of weeks...and now it wont stay open. It wont work. :( it was not much money...only .99 but I expected an app I paid for to work.
Every time I click on the app to open it, it closes right away. Please fix it!!!! I need my daily fix of Ree!!!!!
